Quality Inventory Reports
The inventory reports that are produced are a straight forward index which explain the contents, fixtures, fittings and cleanliness of a property. The report will also contain a detailed outline of the property's condition, recording all existing items including any deterioration, together with professional digital images
The check in service is appointment based. Tenants are required to attend the property at the start of their tenancy. The number of keys provided will be recorded along with meter readings. We go through the prepared inventory report with tenants, who can note any kind of dissimilarity between the present condition of the property and the inventory report prior to all parties being requested to sign.
The checkout service is conducted at end of tenancy. Comparisons will be made through the previous inventory report with an evaluation of the present condition of all items. We will record the cleanliness of the property and any damaged, lost or replaced items. Digital images will be taken of any damages. This allows the landlord the opportunity to recoup any expenses that may be required following the tenancy.
A property inspection: Mid-term report is beneficial to the landlord or agent. We provide a quarterly property inspection if requested to report on the overview of the property. We carry out an analysis of the property reporting on the condition and any repairs or maintenance. This permits you to maintain good standards within the property and ensures it's kept in good condition. This report is beneficial where there are valuable contents in your property, or the landlord is unable to visit the property.
