COVID-19 Guidelines

We are operating in accordance with government guidance by minimizing social contact during inspections.

Check Ins & Check outs

During this period we will check in only 1 tenant per property.

Who needs to comply with the following :

Wear a mask and gloves, comply with 2 meter distancing.

We may ask you to wash your hands or provide hand sanitizer.

Property Interim Inspections

During this period we will perform property inspections with only 1 tenant per property.

Who needs to comply with the following : 

Wear a mask and gloves, comply with 2 meter distancing.

Be confined in one room whilst inspection is taking place.

Inventory Clerks will also be equipped with mask, gloves and hand sanitizer.
